Touch'n go

Having just returned from a 10-day sojourn to the southwest of England with a group of higher and adult education students, preparing to leave for Can Tho next Friday has the feel, somewhat, of a touch'n go exercise on the deck of an aircraft carrier. However, never having participated in that exercise and never even having come close to those floating behemoths, this is strictly a work of the imagination. But we are excited about going back, and the work that lies ahead. The work continues to stretch us in many ways and to raise interesting and potentially important questions about program planning for adult learning in another culture. Stay tuned.
